Time Lords have more energy and learn mental Skills way faster, but have troubles to understand human culture, which is why they need longer to develop relationships and to learn social skills. Their special ability is to regenerate and thus overcoming death. Will your Sim regenerate after death or simply refuse to ever die? Reward: Time Lord abilities; no need to sleep, immortality (if not already gained) and lower hunger (low hunger: becoming dazed).
